Supervisor Cameron "Radar" Van Dyke

  • Provided background (i.e. 1992 Initiate, Province V GCC Delegate)

  • First time to Province IX assembly

  • Reviewed/Discussed Fall Packet

  • Discussed Hurricane Katrina Relief & showed slideshow prepared by Ben Welch

 

Vice-Supervisor Claudio Faria

  • Brief introduction and background

  • First time to Province IX

  • Stressed importance of MASK

  • Distributed Chapter History forms and requested each chapter to submit

  • Commented on Hurricane Katrina

 

Satrap Derrick Egi

  • Maintained contact with executive board

  • Maintained contact with each chapter

  • Fulfilled goals passed on by Immediate Past Satrap Rathi

    • 100% Chapter Progress Reports   (DONE)

    • 100%  Chapter representation at GCC   (DONE)

    • Enhance communication between chapters  (has improved through Yahoo Groups, GCC bonding, etc)

    • 100% chapters present at Fall Assembly   (DONE)

    • Start a Province IX Scholarship Committee/Fund  (to be worked on)

      • Reunited with Aaron Huwe (Beta Gamma Grad; former P9 Sec/Treas)

    • Delta Sigma -- Sept 10th (5 Year Anniversary banquet)

      • Reunited with Craig Johnston

  • Goals/Ideas for next assembly

    • Continue to strengthen and maintain unity in Province IX (left to me in good hands by Brett & Bonita)
