| Province IX Travels to
the Sonoran Desert
Province IX officially
welcomed the new year at their annual province
assembly. Brothers traveled to a city where hi-tech astronomy
merges with ancient Native American rites... and
where the sun shines 350 days of the year.
Known for it's aerospace & missile production and
high technology, Tucson is also the oldest inhabited
settlement in the United States.
New province officers were
elected. And, for the first time in recent
province history, CE was offered.

| Province IX Charges
into San Diego!!
After a successful G.C.C.,
brothers reunited in sunny, San Diego for the 2009
Interim Assembly. Brothers welcomed
the new Province IX Supervisor, Jason Milton... as
well as celebrated the return of Brother Kali Weaver,
who will serve as Province IX Assistant Supervisor.
The last time the province
visited San Diego was in 2005. The assembly was
attended by 68 brothers, making it the largest
attended Province IX assembly on record (at the
time). This year we were pleased to have 191
brothers in attendance.
