Chapter History: The Epsilon Iota Chapter was installed on Saturday June 27, 2009 by Grand Regent Lawrence "LB" Brown. The festivities started Friday, June 28 at Dr. Carroll's residence in Elk Grove. Tasty beef and chicken tacos were served amongst various other treats. The ritual of initiation took place Saturday afternoon at The Falls at Arden (a nine acre garden style community in the Campus Commons neighborhood of Sacramento). The chartering ceremony and banquet was held at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West.
