Auditing Committee

          Charges:

            1.   Standard Audit of province account

            2.   Review province budget

            3.   Evaluate dues and registration fees

Awards Committee

          Charges:

            1.   Develop and promote province awards

            2.   Determine winners of awards

            3.   Brainstorm ways of developing Province IX scholarships   

Legislative Committee

          Charges:

            1.   Review proposed amendments to By-Laws & Ordinances

            2.   Work with Chapters on revising Chapter By-Laws

            3.   Assist with the interpretation of the By-Laws & Ordinances

Philanthropic Committee

          Charges:

            1.   Coordinate Province-wide philanthropic projects

            2.   Develop strategies for community work between chapters

            3.   List activities chapters can participate in to benefit society

Province Assembly Planning Committee

          Charges:

            1.   Work closely with host chapters to plan assemblies

            2.   Brainstorm ways to increase attendance at assemblies

            3.   Identify ways to ensure proper meeting planning

Resolutions Committee

          Charges:

            1.   Encourage and record resolution proposals

            2.   Compile and discuss proposed resolutions

            3.   Present resolutions at province assembly

Province Development Committee

          Charges:

            1.   Create rotation exchange program

            2.   Create graduate exchange program

            3.   Improve communication between chapters and province executive board

            4.   Assist in accuracy of province website by providing updates
