Province IX Meeting - Officer Reports

Satrap Stephanie Villanueva

• Successful GCC & province meetings this year

• Continue to raise funds for province scholarship

• First province scholarship awarded at interim meeting

• Two grad chapters reactivated and one new collegiate chapter in last year

• Thanks Province IX executive board, chapters and brothers

Vice-Satrap Robert Mancini

• Accomplished goals of reducing registration fees and increasing attendance at province meetings

• Obtained sponsorship from CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens Pharmacy, Target Pharmacy

• Wrote letters to each chapter to promote attending province meetings

• Worked very closely with hosting chapters to plan province meetings

Secretary/Treasurer Carly Paoli

• Took and posted minutes

• Provided summary of province funds

• Updated province scholarship application

Chaplain Eugene Lee

• Province-wide philanthropy project - health walk

• Collected ideas of province-wide projects from each chapter

• Each chapter is expected to complete projects by June

Historian Elizabeth Sarles

• Continued to submit quarterly Mask articles

• Reminded chapters of Mask deadlines

• Updated awards' criteria
